Sarah is on a mission to create a more deeply connected and conscious world. For more than 10 years, she has worked as a meditation teacher, visual artist and graphic designer. Her curiosity about consciousness and the human experience informs everything she does—from her minimalist and conceptual design aesthetic to her visual art to her current academic inquiry into the intersection of psychology and spirituality. Some questions Sarah has been reflecting on include: how can we create a deeper connection with ourselves, with others and with the earth? How can we ground spiritual energy and awareness within individuals and society at large?
Sarah was born in Ottawa and feels at home in Mexico City, Montréal and New York City. When she's not giving visual form to ideas, Sarah can be found walking barefoot in the forest and dancing to raging techno.

Oliver is on a mission to reanimate the bohemian spirit. Over the past decade, he has worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at an impact-driven startup, a yoga and breathwork instructor and a novelist. Oliver is fascinated by how individuals cultivate freedom both within themselves and within the external realities they inhabit. Some questions Oliver has been reflecting on include: what is the meaning of art and how can it become more relevant to our day-to-day lives? What role have psychedelics played in the evolution of consciousness and how can they help us reorient ourselves today?
Oliver was born in New York City and feels at home in the Hudson Valley, in Latin America, and anywhere that countercultural values are being thoughtfully honored. When he's not tinkering with words, Oliver can be found swimming in nature and wandering contemplatively through urban landscapes.
